1-THE KILLERS

Crimes and criminology have become the part and parcel of some civilized societies. The natives have shrunk to death. The two professional cutthroats, Al and Max come in Henry’s lunchroom and make hostage to the staff of the restaurant i.e. Nick Adam, the waiter, George, the counterman and Sam, the cook. They are told to act according to their orders. They want to kill Ole Anderson, a Swede heavy weight boxer ‘’just to oblige of a friend.’’ They wait for him but luckily he does not come. So they leave the restaurant in extreme suspense and horror.
Nick Adam heroically rushes to inform Ole Anderson but Anderson knows everything already. He has exhausted by running from place to place. He does not want to inform the police because they will not do any good thing for him. It might be possible, he has double-crossed with some one. Nick Adam is astonished. He returns and expresses to George that man must not wait for his death. The attitude of the mercenary killers has made the people like Nick Adam disturb. There as more suspense than the cruel murder.
